Ginkgo has joined forces with real estate developer ALIOS DEVELOPPEMENT to acquire "La Tour Orion" from GECINA, an ageing building dating from the 1980s located at the foot of the Croix de Chavaux metro station in MONTREUIL.
The transformation and design of the project was entrusted to the MOATTI-RIVIERE architectural firm. The LA TOUR ORION project will be mixed-use, open to the city and anchored in its territory. In its 13,000 m², the building will bring together offices, coliving spaces, hotels and shops. This rehabilitation is part of the transformation of the Croix de Chavaux district initiated by the City of Montreuil in 2015.
For this operation, Ginkgo Advisor and ALIOS DEVELOPPEMENT have joined forces with Belleville Hospitality, Savills, Ge-Co, the notary Panhard & Associés and the law firms Archers Avocats and CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats.
