Acquired in July 2021 by Ginkgo Advisor, this former office tower located at Croix de Chavaux is undergoing an ambitious restructuring project aimed at transforming it into a mixed-use living space: co-living, hotel, artists' studios, gallery, restaurant. Ahead of this transformation, we decided to make use of the vacant spaces by temporarily hosting cultural actors and associations, with the support of our partner Alios Développement.

Since the start of this occupancy phase in 2022, the Orion Tower has become a place of work and creation for artists, associations and local project leaders, while a summer guinguette brought the forecourt to life. Highlights included: nearly 150 exhibitions showcasing resident and guest artists, collaborative exhibitions with ENSAD and the École nationale supérieure d'arts de Paris-Cergy, open days in partnership with the City of Montreuil (more than 1,500 visitors in one weekend), three artistic and gastronomic banquets, the theatrical creation "Le Birgit Ensemble", around twenty film shoots and photo shoots, the presentation of the Eugène Dabit Prize, and two editions of the Fanzine Festival dedicated to micro-publishing. 

These initiatives have brought the space to life and provided a welcoming venue for emerging artists by promoting interdisciplinary exchanges. A big thank you to all the teams who helped make this temporary occupation a real success.
