Alfonso joined the Ginkgo team in 2022. He is responsible for the development of projects in Spain and Portugal and works with the local teams to manage the implementation of all projects. Prior to joining Ginkgo in 2022, Alfonso worked for over sixteen years for the Spanish real estate company "Inmob. Espacio". He was in charge of the performance charts for the residential, commercial and service sectors and managed the development of more than 1,200 dwellings in numerous projects.

Alfonso holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Madrid, a Master's degree from the IESE Business School and an Advance Management Development Program in Real Estate from Harvard University.
