Stephan joined Ginkgo in January 2024 as a Senior Advisor acting on the German market. 

For nearly 25 years he worked for various Real Estate Investment Managers such as Invesco and AEW mainly with a focus to identify and execute real estate investments in Germany and other European jurisdictions. Prior joining Ginkgo Stephan was a Managing Partner of Cording Real Estate which later became part of the Edmond the Rothschild REAM Group. In this role he was acting for over ten years as Head of Transactions and Managing Director for Germany.

In 1999 Stephan graduated from the University of Cologne as a Diplom Kaufmann.
