Juan Carlos joined the Ginkgo team in 2024. He is responsible for the development of projects in Spain and Portugal and, together with the various local teams, manages the implementation of all projects. He has worked for CBRE/BOVIS as Senior Asset Consultant, Project Manager, Project Director and Head of Northern Area of Spain.

An architect by training, Juan Carlos holds a degree from the Technical School of the University of Navarre (ETSAUN), an MBA from Esden Business School (Bilbao) and a diploma in Real Estate Management & Financial Analysis from CREA/CBRE.
