Marco Salvini joined Ginkgo in January 2025 as a Senior Advisor for the Italian market. He brings to Ginkgo his extensive international expertise and high-level qualifications in real estate, leadership, supervision, and team management for the execution of development projects. He has worked for many years with major groups such as AIG/Lincoln-AIG Global Real Estate, Babcock&Brown, JLL and McDonald's. 

A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Marco holds a master's degree in architecture from Politecnico di Milano, a diploma in real estate and finance from SDA Bocconi and a Sloan master's degree in leadership and strategy from London Business School.
