Guillermo Pascual joined Ginkgo in April 2026 as Finance Director for Spain and Portugal. In this role, he leads the financial management for the area, bringing extensive experience from the Real Estate sector.

Previously, Guillermo spent fourteen years at Savills Investment Management (formerly Zaphir Asset Management), where he also served as Finance Director for Spain and Portugal. During this period, he managed a real estate portfolio exceeding €1.5 billion, covering residential, logistics, office, and retail assets.

Guillermo began his professional career at Deloitte, developing as a financial auditor for five years, with a specialisation in the Construction and Real Estate sectors.

Guillermo holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
