Before joining Ginkgo in 2019,  Nicolas worked more than five  years for the Qatar Investment  Authority (Q.I.A) Sovereign Fund,  in the real estate team, as an Asset  Manager, where he focussed on major building redevelopment in Paris  (Ex-Virgin Champs Elysées). Nicolas  is responsible for the successful real  estate redevelopment of remediated  sites and their sales to investors and  developers. He holds an engineering  degree from the Ecole Spéciale des  Travaux Public and a Master in Real  Estate Investment from Dauphine  University.
