Development

The 5.5 ha site is a former chassis assembly plant, located in Villeurbanne, France, acquired from Renault Group in April 2023. The site is located between the heart of Villeurbanne and La Doua university complex, close to the Parc de la Tête d'Or.

The soil remediation plan involved excavation and hot spot removal of concentrated pollution, as well as in situ biological treatment of deep soil and groundwater for a period of 2 years.

The planned redevelopment consists of a 41,400 sqm mixed-use program comprising housing, student and senior residences, offices and business premises.

The project includes the development of a 2 ha park at the heart of the project, as well as various public spaces and urban amenities, while complying with the environmental standards of the “Référentiel Habitat Durable 2022” of the Lyon Metropole.
